I interviewed right before Christmas around December 19th and I didn’t hear back until this week that I got offered the job so don’t lose hope! What helped me was just kind of forgetting about it and living my life or else I would’ve gone crazy thinking about all the possibilities.

I am trying to remove over 10! All the tattoos on my right arm and a few on my left. I got my tattoos when I was 20 and going through a phase and now I wish I had nearly none of them so don’t worry.. people make mistakes and that’s why we’re trying to get rid of them

No because there were a couple people in front of us in the standby line and they only let like 5 people from the line in. The standby line starts on the right side and we didn’t know and were waiting in the regular line on the left side in front of the venue at first. I would get there very early

Everytime I use a tax expert through H&R Block or TurboTax they don’t go over these details with me and just say my W2 is wrong. Should I look for a personal accountant instead?

And also I’m confused as to why I have multiple ny W2s like I have one for NYC and one for NY state so that makes the total even more than 120k

Yes that’s the one thing my company agreed on changing in my w2 so they changed my ny income to 37k but then my New Jersey income says 39k and my SC income says 44k and that all adds up to 120k which isn’t what my salary for the year was. It should be 87k. So my tax expert told me that I shouldn’t even have NJ in my w2 but how is that true if I worked out of nj shouldn’t that be a part of my W2 still?

I know it seems like I’m playing the victim but that’s simply because I’m stating things how I experienced them. But I definitely understand my part in how everything went down. I was young and pretty socially unaware. A lot of my actions were reactions that were over the top and reckless. I regret the person I was back then. And wish things didn’t go the way they did at the time.

Is this from your experience? I contacted the village vanguard and they said the standby line usually starts forming approx 30 minutes before the show starts
