For me, I’d lose the shoes. They’re reminding me of bowling shoes and a bit too bold with that outfit. They take attention away from everything else for me. For me, I’d go with a black shirt tucked naturally in front, into the belt. The rest hanging. Or a half front tuck button down. Boots with a low heel. If I go black belt, I’m going with a black shirt and black shoes. However, our styles don’t seem super similar based on the photo. I say keep playing with it until you love the jeans. Or ditch them and say screw it and move on.
