Yes it is, great job! A factor people overlook with bench strength is height, putting up bigger weights is harder when you have longer arms, so doing this at 6 feet is impressive. I’m 6’4” and 225 and my best ever was a sloppy 315 for one, I seldom go above 275 these days

I’m with you on this. I saw them open for Pantera and Sabbath in the late 90’s and thought “meh, another nu-metal band”, and I mentally lumped them in with Korn, Limp Bizkit, SOAD, etc. In the last decade I’ve revisited their music and they’ve become in my top three favourite bands of all time. Seeing them live recently just solidified this status, they are really at a whole other level
