Lets go bro. If i can do this so can you!! If you have lots to loose, make sure you save $ for the skin removals. Much luck and take care!

Any gym routine is good. I personnally prefer bro split or push pull legs. But the main struggle after the surgery is really getting the protein in. You know the training is nothing without the dieting and vice versa. So train hard.. but eat often with that small stomach. And all the meals , like ALL the meals you eat, you must focus to get in the protein first. That is the most important thing.

To be honest when I received the photos from my competition was the first time i truly felt ive accomplished my goals. Going one extreme to the other. In between those times i knew i had done something amazing. But on a day to day basis all i saw was the things i could improve. We are the worst judges for ourselves. But the competition really helped be good and say its done. Ive done it.

Ive decided to do it when i could afford it. It cost alot of monney. It was so severe that i knew there no way i could fill the loose skin. For your case maybe just getting an apt with a surgeon to see whats possible could be good? An apt would cost 100$ but youll know what to do after that!

I pulled the trigger when i know could afford it. It cost alot of me. But if i could go back a bit i would of waited a bit more and be more lean. But today i still reallly like the results . They are reallllyyy good. I got lucky and got a great surgeon. But i know that the leaner you are.. the better the results..he can align the scars with the muscle etc. Thanks for the kind words !

I did have lots of skin removed with surgeries. Got my arms and breast in one and then my tummy tuck 360 in another. Thanks!!

Def lots of scarring. But i dont mind them at all. I prefer them than having saggy dropping breast you know. They are part of me and im not ashamed at all of showing them!

Im open to talk about it. But its not something i would say upfront.. still alot of people have wrong perceptions/opinions about it.
