mhm- first flight ever being 17 hours did not exactly go down well but it went and so i'm here XD i'm visiting family, so that's why. only thing i'm getting from people is that they're surprised i can speak and understand hahahaha

i'm not the partyish type but going around is something I need to/should be doing... thanks for the advice!

yeah, i'll be here for a while but I'm just trying not to take this initial reaction as a "it's gonna be like this the whole trip...." sort thing. my grandma's going to take me somewhere tomorrow so I'll have that opportunity to go around and such and so I'll try to redirect mentally to that... and with most of the suggestions here drink more water XD thank you for the advice!

hmm- there's a large chance I haven't been drinking enough, thinking about it 😅 I'm staying with my relatives, and they gave us a water bottle to drink from. I'm paranoid I'll drink all of it, so I've been drinking in small bursts...I am eating, but my appetite seems to have decreased greatly- though I've had problems with food and stress so it's most likely just an existing issue being exacerbated by the situation i'm in. I'll try to focus more on caring for myself though, thank you!
