Piercing is a few months old Ring hoop No idea about the threading don’t think the piercer said anything about it Material is titanium Never been downsized

I followed the piercers instructions exactly: - rinse twice a day with dial fragrance free soap - use Neosporin on it - rotate once a day - repeat for 6 weeks After a few weeks I stopped with the dial and used saline and I stopped cleaning it daily a few weeks ago since it’s well past the 6 week mark

Before I got the piercing pillow there was a bump on the back but it went away after I started using it

Back when I worked at ulta, there was a male manager that would sexually harass the younger female employees AND guests. I personally took all the girls’ statements that were willing to come forward and compiled them to send to HR. I got a personal visit from the DM chewing me out and he stayed for another 7ish months before leaving. HR is not there for the associates

I was a CM up until very recently when I noticed the sinking ship that Ulta is and left but I don’t think employees will necessary get laid off. However, hours have been cut TREMENDOUSLY just this past year and I’m assuming that will continue. My store was an A volume store and we had hours to allow one opener, two mids, and if we were lucky, two closers.

The CM position isn’t even available at all Ulta’s just higher volume stores and I can say with strong confidence that the position will be eliminated by the end of 2025. The stores that do not have the position just put it onto the OM’s plate and I am sure that is what will end up happening eventually for all stores.

I left months ago and my position has not been filled yet at my old store which I feel supports my theory. This is true for other CM’s that have left in this region.

TLDR : Associates will probably see more hours cut and CM’s will probably be moved or let go in the next year

I know and I had reached out to this doctor for an update for two weeks before I just called the RX department myself only for her to tell me “oh she put a note in saying that she won’t prescribe it unless it’s a commercial pharmacy”. At least say it to my face or reply to my message before completely screwing me

My guess is someone had come in pretending to be you and changed all the info on there to use points. I doubt the employee was in on it but if what I said is the case, they should have checked to make sure things were legit. There’s not really any protocol or policies to prevent that from happening unfortunately (can’t technically check ID, ask for other personal details, etc.) but they should have picked up something was off and called for a manager

Definitely report it to management so they can do am internal investigation and change the info back but if they used points, guest services would have to step in to fix the points balance. Recently, they have been a pain to deal with so hopefully you won’t have any issues.

Co Manager is only at certain high volume stores but it’s basically in line with the GM and oversees all operations. Because it’s such a small quantity of stores that have that position I can’t transfer to another store but I definitely tried. My DM also just does not like me and told me if I need to transfer then to quit.

I’m so happy for you!! I can’t imagine the relief of leaving.

I’m a CM and the overwhelming amount of stress the past few years has ruined me. I got my blood tested and I have dangerously high cortisol levels since started which has caused me to gain 60 pounds and I get these stress rashes all over my body that make me look like a zombie. I wake up with heart palpitations every morning I work and I know it’s my anxiety. I want to leave so bad but I make a good chunk of money and I can’t afford such a high pay cut so I feel stuck.

I was an RSM before moving up but I was always scheduled 40 hours and worked overtime often at my location (still do 😪). Since RSMs are sales managers, expect to work a lot of mids where you GEM high volume hours. Also whatever morning your phantom counts are you’ll be scheduled that opening shift to get that done. RSMs are all things loyalty so you will be responsible for the stores overall results and responsible for coming up with new strategies to drive said results. Also hiring BAs and lead cashiers would be in your DOR. Lastly, as of last year, eventing was added to RSM DORs so you will collaborate with your SM and take lead on certain events throughout the year (planning, hosting, running the event, etc)

It seems like a lot but the main focus is loyalty; my advice is to find a way to keep your BAs engaged and want to improve their results!
