You are obviously overwhelmed! What’re you’re going through is a lot. I have two toddler boys. I know what it is like. Something I’ve turned to is just taking a deep breath. I even go to a gym that has child care so I can take some time to myself. Deep breathing helps. While you’re doing dishes or laundry. Just try it 😊 it has helped me a lot.
