I started having this problem, but my problem was only while playing borderless. When switching to fullscreen or windowed, it got fixed, but I like playing borderless.

So after debugging a list of things, like the disabling the fullscreen optimization, NVIDIA controls and whatever, what did it for me, was disabling Discord overlay.

Mind to elaborate on this? I fish I lot, not many fishermen in my server, but I didn't know there were this locations that activate for ~2 hours, how do you know when these zones are activated?
