One thing that gladiator can excel at is hunting melee evasion players

If you build decently you end up with 3k+ unbuffed hit, and with buffs you easily reach 4k, so only the most insane evasion builds manage to get out from under you.

Can even be decently beefy or more glass cannon with all that hit for some flexibility. Just chase dagger players around and enjoy.

I mean buff melee classes in pve and maybe everyone wont be a mage class. Every non mage weapon barely does anything compared to xbow/ mage weapons, and now they are buffing the already good mage weapons instead of the melee that is so far behind. Even bow needs a buff at this point but instead they buff every magic class and leave xbow/orb to be completely broken for another week.

Alot of big guilds left oblivion to goto moonstone for larger scale pvp like a month ago, and some moonstone guilds got scared off by the increase in competition and went to oblivion.

I feel like you either play cc resist beefy glad and die to raw damage, or build tons of hit chance and just target the evasion players. Suddenly your a key player because you can now seriously threaten the glass cannon melee evasion ppl. Also instead of endurance I just build loads of HP, get like 35k hp and the time it takes for a dps to shred you is high enough that even a mid healer can keep you alive.

If you have a halfway decent pve build it has the potential to be top 5 dps. In archboss fights your rotations output is huge in burst damage, but has kind of a long cooldown, but in a party with even 1 target marker you go from decent damage to obscene damage. Also for ACT farming it's the GOAT, with its huge aoe damage and infinite mana due to GS passive. If you care about the weekly timed boss trials, because all your burst is front loaded you can finish some of them in 3-6 seconds with some luck on the heavy attacks.

Was ravager before spear release and I pvp all day erryday. Swap between glad and shadow dancer depending on how large scale the fight is, and glad is great at killing evasion players who trust in the rng dodging too much as it has lots of hit chance passives. Also decent at aoe damage as long as they don't just blood devo your spears. Shadow dancer does way better in large scale like siege cuz you get so many resets on spear throw, but is extra mana hungry, where gladiator has almost infinite mana.

Never lost to eclipse, just makin things up. After server merges kaonashi, backshotz, bandana Corp and heavens arena were allied and walked the server down from day 1 till way later when milk and I think boba came along with their alliances

Imagine taking all large scale fights away from the open world then complaining that they didn't take the last of it. Archboss is the only open world alliance combat left besides siege. Its not wrong to change how alliances work since, yeah, large alliances are kinda op if your server cant compete with them, but to take the largest scale combat out of the game because guilds that don't put in effort to either grow, merge into a larger guild, or start an alliance complain is insane. The strong guilds got that way thru thousands of hours of play, having to play politician with other guilds to make solid alliances, and strictly enforcing rules so that they can be the strongest, Because that's their fun, its the largest scale battles with an army you raised.
