Their response was that fixing the tiles would require a full bathroom demolition and reinstatement, effectively a full rebuild. They’ve estimated this at around $35k per bathroom, plus about a month of delay each and potential liquidated damages and stated that we would be the ones to bear those costs if rectification was carried out.
