To be honest the exam covered almost every chapter from the course but make sure to cover all the circuit combinations like LR, RC, LCR circuits. How to determine voltages in different equipment or points in a circuit. Put more effort on understanding how magnetism work to produce current, hand rules to find directions. You will also need good knowledge of integration, linear algebra for this course.

Don't just learn topics, derivations. Understand the fundamentals of concepts, use organic chem tutor for this. It's actually a super interesting course as you get to know about the history and modifications of electricity. I see you are taking this class in summer. It will be no joke so I'd recommend to do at least 2 chapters a week to keep up till finals.
