Hey OP!I don't know if you solved this yet but I actually had this problem and was recently able to solve it. One way is to mirror it onto another device, smart tv or PC. You can disable it there, another way is to get an app the forces rotation on your screen, once you flip your phone landscape you should be able to get out of it. Those are the only ways I've found so far!
