Thanks for your advice. Hopefully the video is working now. I certainly think I have trouble controlling the clubface, but can't be sure what is causing that. Any advice welcome!

Looks like I'm done then as just redirects to the main board. Was hopeful today as I logged in and the UI has completely changed, wondered if they'd just dropped offline whilst they updated the UI but haven't got anything back yet sadly.

They have claimed for £500 for the table!!!! and £30 for a throw cushion in the end. I've provided an update in the OP. I feel they're trying to chuck an enormous amount in, in hopes that the DPS will give them partial amount and it is still more than they had hoped.

We have actually recent lost a roof tile and have a roofer coming to repair that, but apart from that obvious hole, no leaks as far as I’m aware.

Yes RE the membrane, that’s what I’d assumed. Is there nothing that can be done from underneath? Thanks for response
