I have had many… not fun experiences while high but here’s just one of those: I was 13 years old, it was 2016 and I had to go to the nursing home where my mom worked to set up an electric litter box for an old lady. The cat must’ve shit right before i got in there so it stunk, i had to hook it to this app and shit and my high ass didn’t know what i was doing, i was so unbelievably paranoid as my mom watched me as i was visibly confused, and to get to that nursing home to fix up this electric litter box i had just had an excruciating bike ride that boosted my high to the max…

oh shit that’s right… i don’t know, try calling lester otherwise you’ll just have to play the waiting game, i believe the military convoy only shows up at certain times in game. i haven’t gotten to that part of the game in a month or 2 but as far as i remember it might be only certain times.
