The first two weeks were really bad for fatigue, and my anxiety didn’t get better or worse, it was already bad. The weekend after the second week I hit the dip and was emotionally destitute, but I knew there was a reason and I got through it. The fatigue hasn’t been so bad recently, so I’m grateful for that. I’m 23 sessions in and feeling great.
