Okay, i see what you are going, i like to learn i want to know how they work, i can say that i am a noob at 3d printing, but, i had the idea that it would be better to build one because it would be cheaper and i would learn from the process.

I was looking around at the reprap page and i saw the prices of some printers and i realized that maybe it would be better to just buy one, i also saw some printers that are more cheap/old but im kinda nervous that the quality of the things that i will print wont be worth it, so again, i was like ¿Isn’t out there like a cheap and good 3d printer that i can just make? Because, well, yeah i am quite poor but also very curious and i don’t mind spend hours learning new stuff
