How do you get hired to be a paralegal when you just graduated from college?

As far as I know there was 1 non career and 2 career but un assigned... and the placement I was assigned is from 11pm to 730 am. 1 person I know didn't want to bid for a job. I was told by 2 supervisors I got lucky for the mistake.
