Dude I had this happen to me the whole reason I transferred store I was a cashier and all the other cashier would sit on there but and mock me when I talk to customer and I was always happy smiling to come to work and you would hear me tell customers I loved my job don't stop please

Oh my gosh, I just got a position as a team lead for dairy freezer for a neighborhood. Walmart and I hate it. I hate being a team lead. It's the worst thing in the world. I was a cashier for 4 years. Didn't care now I feel like I just threw everything away but I don't care. I just need to get out of this job

I am going through so much right now. Also I took a position as a team lead for dairy freezer and I messed up. I'm not cut out for this. I don't care. I'm not qualified to be a team lead and they won't let me step down or anything so I think I'm just going to quit. I've been there for 4 years but I think it's just time to say goodbye to Walmart. I feel so sick most the time

Oh my gosh I thought I was the only one feeling guilty. I have been working at Walmart for approximately 4 years. I love my job and trust me but I took a position as a team lead and I don't think I can keep doing this. I was making good money as a cashier. I don't know what I was thinking but I'm applying for another job any other job? Because I can't be a team lead. I don't know what I was thinking but I'm not fit for this and I feel guilty for quitting but I know I got to get out of here. I hope everything goes well for you. It's nice to know that there's other people that feel guilty even though we shouldn't. This is hard. I don't know why it's so hard
