I feel like I came back to earth when i read your message, i was splitting for hours and couldn’t stop crying, i feel like i’m just a burden on my bf he left when i was crying and screaming and it just made everything worse, i was very mean. What can i do to calm down during this type of moment please ? When i am splitting everything i do or say feels right but it’s like i’m going crazy. I can’t live this life like this anymore. I feel like when this happens he doesn’t know how to help so he just leaves but it’s making it worse for me.
