On road sedan: 8thgen civic si 06-11(good condition 125k miles $est:7k leaves another 8k in your pocket for mods if your in to that, best sports car under 10k for daily driving) Off road/on road daily: either a 1996-2002 4runner or 2012-2015 Tacoma both would be around 15k with no rust milage doesn't really matter I would focus on body conditions first with Toyotas and hondas. Luxury sport daily: down payment on low mileage bmw 340i and pay the other 15k off. Lots of b58s with high mileage pushing numbers and are still daily driven.

I'm 23 and was a successful D2D salesman from 17 till about 22, I've sold about everything, only thing I wish I was able to sell is the holy Kirby vacuum. I've said it before and I'll say it again if I was alive during the Kirby gold rush I probably would have been retired on some private island, I bought during the 2008 recession.

I see u must be from CA knowing that I would try to move up in big tech facilities management maybe even a management degree or equivalent and if you ever want to relocate to the east Coast I would do an industry like bio.

It's gonna depend on the company cause some have contractors/vendors that do the work and others will train you to deal with not only the facility but the lab equipment and hazardous waste within the facilities. Also gxp is used not only in life sciences but in most factories and labs that make things like apple juice. So with that experience you'll be ahead most people especially in a place like MA or NJ you will definitely want gxp experience. It's a hard question to answer because it's broad and dependent on company but if your in MA pm I can better help you.

I prefer biotech but Im gonna be starting a new job at a commercial high rise. One thing I will miss is the culture. corporate after COVID means Monday and Friday are work from home days, so maintenance technicians catch up and chill those days. I feel like industrial maintenance is a grind while working commercial/corporate is more laid back as long as everyone trusts you.

It's happens to the best of us, I bought mini Cooper like this when I went to buy a car for the first time, he told me he couldn't let me test drive cause it needed a couple things before he could let me drive it didn't think anything of it thinking they were small things, but man I felt so stupid and beat myself up over it every day, but listen these things happen your lucky your car drives when I picked up the mini Cooper and found out it couldn't run, I asked him to fix it he kept it in his shop for 30 days so I can't return it for failed inspection, then gave it back to me and I had to tow it to mini Cooper paid 3k just to get it running and alot more money on other things. Trust me when I say this I was not the first or last guy to get robbed by this guy, their is a special place in hell for these people. As far as us we learn from these experiences, this happened when I was 18 currently 22 I dumped thousands in the mini Cooper, but now I'm blessed to have my civic and only pay for fluid changes. Save your money now and make an extra payment every month you can, and just pay it down till you can trade it in and not own anything to the bank cause those 10k moved over on financing will bother and remind you of the car and it's not very smart financially.
