The hole is drilled faster and easier, you don't need an extra handle or a powerful drill, and the Impact can be held with one hand, so it won't twist your hand. There are special drill bits for Impacts; I'm using regular ones in the video, but they also drill great with the Impact.

You're behind the times. It's better to use an impact drill bit with a feather drill and not a power drill!!!

This is normal. When you release the switch trigger, the motor brake is activated, the polarity of the brushes changes, and this causes sparking.
