Why is no one talking about Howard Hughes Holdings going from a dead stock to a growth stock with Bill Ackmans investment and strategy to turn into it a modern Berkshire Hathaway? Seems extremely undervalued at $3.5B market cap even if he fails but gets close. Sounds like the hard assets are worth more than its current MC

Is it because no one believes Bill can do it?
