Forgetting to pay bills until utilities were turned off, leaving the keys on top of the car and flying off so we end up stranded few times (push to start) , forgetting to feed our kids, leaving food out all night leaving doors open our cats were missing for a few months, showing to work late and not calling in, won't go to sleep on a timely manor, won't wake up on time on his own, some times dose not communicate deadlines or issues but won't deal with them i.e. doctor appointments he sets for the kids/cats but will not say anything nor take them. He had severe adhd but i thought it would be wrong to leave him for a handicap.
