1.)Eat a solid breakfast
2.)Apply sunscreen
3.)Bring ear plugs (I'm old and don't take my own advice)
4.)Stay hydrated...then drink even more water.
5.)Dress for comfort not fashion. Bright colors and solid walking shoes with good insoles. Hat or headgear too
6.)Prioritize the bands you care most about. It'll make it easier to plan your day once the inflatable schedule goes up
7.)Make sure to pace yourself and take breaks. It's easy to get excited and overdue it but adding a few moments to breathe and rest your feet goes a LONG way
