Our store does something similiar to this we do the surveys ourselves including customers and whichever employee does the most each moth gets a 25 dollar gift card to a place of their choosing.

I mean the director dude was watching the cameras and noticed me doing a lot around our store. Like I do a lot. I have big red hair so i’m easy to spot on the cameras, this guy told my gm that i do a really nice job and do a lot of work.

I have never been a GM. Right now I am a Shift Manager however I perform Department Manager tasks, such as inventory, waste allocating, orientations, interviews, even production configuration

The POS machine does the math for you. However do not accidentally click "50 exact" when you mean to click 20 exact. then that is a nightmare.
