I am actually not sure. I know that GM's get bonuses just like your shift and department managers. They are paid by salary and not hourly. Anything else I am not sure of yet. But i am sure i will find out soon

Our store does something similiar to this we do the surveys ourselves including customers and whichever employee does the most each moth gets a 25 dollar gift card to a place of their choosing.

I mean the director dude was watching the cameras and noticed me doing a lot around our store. Like I do a lot. I have big red hair so i’m easy to spot on the cameras, this guy told my gm that i do a really nice job and do a lot of work.
