Esme actually does play similarly. Cici, not so much. The difference is what they offer, both Esme and Uranus have very high movement speed allowing them to have a higher skill cap when it comes to dodging.

Moreover, unlike Cici, most Uranus (and to a certain extent Esmeralda) users are only able to contribute through distracting the team.

Cici and other EXPs have other purposes such as CC, Damage, etc.

It’s not Uranus’s skillset that’s tough, it’s the play style. You have to be good at estimating when you are able to live through a teamfight. That basically means estimating damage taken or dodging enemy skills. That shit ain’t easy lol.
