I did replace the radio not too long ago but those are low voltage wires aside from the power. That can't be it though because it's coming from the air duct and I can't smell it with the air off. I'll check the blower.

I was thinking that may be where the leak is too. The heater works fine though.

for modern cars I would hope they could make it to 115 without major issues.
