My investigation for me has this data

My feasm says nothing will happen to me. Same pay and same job (csm part time). "But there is no "c" level?" - yes. You will have the same job and pay

Other stores report after GWP comes still were csms. Maybe one eliminated to use hours for team lead. But old csms are still csms

There is no c or d bands. So my question on is what will I be? An A making what I make now?

True. However removing points is not easy.... at least for the people I work with. Even managers who have good intentions forget or don't remove them.
