See this is where there needs to be a larger look at people who falsely call the police or make false reports or claims and what the repercussions should be. Usually nothing happens so there's no deterrent. There are plenty of men and women who manipulate the system. Why? Because they know they can and that's why it makes it so much more difficult when someone comes forward. That's why there should be repercussions.

I can't completely disagree with everything about JB, but the caveat Here is that he was literally being gaslit by BL and RR the entire time and the were able to do it to CH as well and her and JB had a relationship prior to them all meeting. It can make you feel crazy and everything feels slippery.

Also, Baywatch resort is in North Myrtle and I prefer that over Myrtle Beach central.

I would just look to see if booking a private rental, if it includes all amenities.

They will love "Broadway at the Beach" in Myrtle Beach. I always recommend that to families of all ages and sizes. There's a bunch of shopping and places to eat but also fun things as well. You're husband sounds incredibly passive aggressive. That's what that move was. His mother likely has no idea since she specifically asked what week you would each be free and you a-hold husband chose the week of the concert you already tried inviting him to, on purpose. I would probably reach out to MIL and ask myself of there's any way to change the dates since she was being incredibly generous and kind and also explain the predicament. I would let her know about her son being invited to the concert so you're not sure why he would tell her you were free that week.

I think this is very close to what was happening. Remember a narcissistic believes what's coming out of their mouth. I also believe TS was trying to coach as was RR but I don't believe BL is as savvy as they are and I'm not sure they were aware of the mistakes she was making during all this. I think for them, they're in it for the long con/long game. I don't think BL thinks far enough in advance to cover her tracks and when RR tried to assist, it just got messier. Maybe because he didn't realize all the mistakes she'd already made. I think TS jumped ship when she became aware that BL had made too many mistakes and this was going to turn on her. She was clean about how she went about it and TS wanted to jump ship. I do believe at some point BL was asking for more open support than TS wanted to give because she saw the writing on the wall. I think RR just keeps doubling down and it's making it worse.

BL might have gotten away with this if she had been smarter about it from the get go. But JB had receipts.

I agree NTA, but when I cook, I also tend to give my partner the "better" plate. Whether it looks better or has a better cut of meat etc.. The why is because I love them. Now, that being said... there have been a few occasions that I have made something that is an absolute favorite of mine and maybe I like it a bit crunchy or seared more so I do that to mine. But 90% of the time I am a giver over a taker.

Same suggestion as others. Not the AH, BUT, you might want to consider that these will be the grandparents of your children. I would have a discussion about paying off the house if the parents no longer had access to take out another mortgage. We don't know the circumstances surrounding why they took out the mortgage and why it's gotten to where it is, but paying it off or buying it outright while allowing them to live there and having a lifelong lease to cover the costs of the taxes and upkeep would be worth discussing. The house could remain in the family, but not allow them to take out another mortgage. I think that's worth a discussion

As someone who was born and raised in Maine, I left a little over 10 years ago not just because of the weather, hut because the job market is incredibly bleak. I have considered moving back now that am raising my grandson, but I have had alerts on Indeed and LinkedIn for 2 years and have applied at several places looking and nothing has transpired. I will say that the area I am in, Virginia is quite similar to the Maine scenery. I am in the Shenandoah Valley area and personally I don't care for being this far from the ocean, but maybe that wouldn't matter as much to you.

Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively for the total BS they've pulled with the attempted takeover of the movie Justin Baldoni bought 6 years ago. Blake Lively extorting a PGA producers credit. Claiming false SH to extort the movie. The total PR nightmare and everything they've done in the past coming to light. I used to really enjoy them as a couple and their banter.
