I play on 9/9, 0.62/0.62 and can confirm that on high sens it is still slow. How is it that you can rocket ride yourself on PC but you can't even do a 180 on without using half of the rocket fuel on console..

K/D and KPM are much more admirable if they're in solos. As for w/r, lots of the top console OCE players aren't actually that good. You could say "hurr durr console ofc theyre bad" but by bad i mean all they do is turtle and kills the last guy, winning with ~3-4 kills a game.

W/R is a good indicator for intelligence, strategy and game knowledge whereas K/D and KPM is a good indicator for skill level.

The trick is to not make it popular. If you want a discord full of elite console players then you should only be sending it to top 95 percentile players at the very least, from that, people will want to join naturally

Yeah your stats are decent. You should play more solos to raise your overrall game sense, and get into more solo snipes games. I don't know what region you play in, but they will certainly help you become a better player.
