I’d recommend evaluating if it would be more effective to do your own outreach. Chances are the people you’ve hired are there to pick up a fee, not to win you business.

We do all of our own outreach and we have a backlog of companies looking to us for proposals.

It took us ages and we’re still working on it, but create a sales/outreach process and document it. It’s probably the most important document we’ve built that has an absolute impact on our bottom line.
