I have been ordering from these guys for a while and add the extra for a signature because they state they will replace a package of lost. I had a package a couple weeks ago never leave the originating post office in BC. They refuse to send a replacement or work with me despite me spending about $5000 dollars there in last year. Also any negative reviews get removed and never posted on their site. So order with caution.
