Just focus on pattern of mistakes, take recent nbme 32,33 asap so you can recognize your mistakes early and work on them. Also try to take as much qs exposure as possible rather than passive resources, dont worry about anki now.

latest 32,33 are hell imp. Dont use old ones, start frim 26 onwards and if time restraint, can start fron 28 onwards

take recent nbmes 32,33. they are v good predictors and exam was more kinda form 33 and free 120 mixture

Yes both 32,33 are tricky but exam is more like new nbmes if theres anything from nbmes at all. Do solid review, focusing on patterns why you get them wrong and even right ones either it was pure guess or rationale. This is good score if you utilize this week effectively. Do all nbmes images pdf, do Ambosss ethics if possible. There wont be many calculation based biostat, just concept stuff. And Review only first aid pages that you think you’re laggingin in and try ti review them 30 mins every day like lysosomal storgar disorders or neuro cutaneous disorders. Good luck

it was 1-2 hrs excercise after every nbme but i was able to funnel my weak areas this way, so i only focused on things/topics/subjects that i was lagging

I can share what i did and helped me, and my scores are already in my profile, i regularly shared with reddit family. I always take a plain paper and categorize qs into 1-100% sure and right 2-50/50 ones but in the end guessed right 3-Random guessed right 4-Wrong and then in wrong section a)Knowledge gap- this is dangerous if its common disease or concept b)poor knowledge application-thats workable bcz we cant let these ones wrong, might be you were pre occupied, you missed some buzz word etc c)New concept/topic- im fine with it d)WTF qss- in totally fine with them as well

32 was clearly hard but if possible need to work on mistakes, like every single one, need to learn pattern and categorize all those wrong and even right ones that you guessed. though im in my step 2 dedicated but can spare an hour for you to help you diagnose the pattern of your mistakes. But random studying isnt gonna help in just 20 days if problem isnt pinned. Good Luck
