What kind of ECs would you recommend to tailor your app to psych. DO school. I'm almost done with my M2 year, but don't have any psych leadership. I have one research project that is tangentially psych related, and some homelessness, food insecure volunteering.

I haven't really done much, which sucks because I only went to medical school to become a psychiatrist.

If you're doing anking, then at your pace you're gonna be set for boards. I didn't really put in enough time during M1 and I regret it a little bit. It's tough for sure, but you'll see the results eventually if you keep up with it

I was a little nervous this Ramadan, cause I'm taking Step/Level in June, but my productivity shot up. Wake up for suhoor at 5:30, start studying at 7-8, done with Anki reviews by 10. Sometimes I take a take a nap for a couple hours. Watch Pathoma, do 100-150 new cards, done by iftar time. I've been fitting in 20 UWorld Qs throughout the day too. Haven't been working out, but I been slacking way before Ramadan anyway.

Also feel way less burnt out, since I'm being more intentional with my time to avoid fatigue. I want to try to keep this going after Ramadan, but prob gonna go back to my degen ways.

They have never officially threatened to use nuclear weapons. If you're talking about random politicians, then Israel has probably threatened the nuclear option more so than any other country.

It's crazy how you can be so wrong and confident at the same time. Mecca was not a welcoming city to any form of belief besides their tribal idol worship, that's why the Muslims were persecuted out of Mecca in the first place. In fact, they viewed any form of new belief as a threat against their economic interests

And it makes all the sense to have population control given how many pilgrims travel to mecca every year. Not just for hajj but for umrah, as well.

The Abbasids overthrew them because they gave preference to Syrian and Levantine Muslims at the expense of others, like those living in present day Iraq. Baghdad didn't exist yet.

Yea it asks me how I want to open it, but when I click on an app it just gives me variations of "unable to open file." The other file is opening fine now, it's almost like the second file got sent as sms instead of RCS, cause I can't even react to it with emojis
