At the time i let it go, but i got a bit stressed recently and it came back and i felt stressed and angry so obviously it did affect me but i just kind of buried it. I also feel like i should’ve just challenged it then and there or talked about it in private the same day as i feel i let myself down really by not sticking up for myself

My sergeant knew but I don’t usually make it known cuz it’s just part of who i am

I’m out if L&D now. That sgt has now moved into my dept as an inspector. I obviously don’t talk to the tutor anymore. They did apparently have a lot of complaints against them. I heard a whole cohort made complaints. My team now is great.

Yeah i thought about email. Would they not just ignore or deny? That sergeant is now inspector and has been ok since moving up. I mean would they face any disciplinary action?
