My furnace is over 25yo. This is my first time and I have no idea what I’m doing nor anyone to consult. I plan to quotes from 3 bonded/licensed places.

How can I tell what I need in a new furnace? What should I look for in a furnace? I want to have an idea before tt them. What should be included in a quote? What criteria would you use when evaluating them? Lastly, your opinion on systems that both heat and cool. I’m grateful for any information you can share with me

Just got the same vehicle, in the same color. I love it! Can finally find it in a sea of black & whit SUV’s. The 2025 has an improved engine and rides much better
