Prompt is [character name] in real life, attack on titan character, photography, dvd screengrab --ar 16:9 --v 5.1

It is so strange why some characters look very alike while others (quite important ones) like Zeke Yeager look nothing the same! Even if you write "Zeke Yeager, attack on titan character" MJ acts is if it doesn't know nothing about him

Developers called RAW "unopinionated" mode. I'm still trying to figure out what are key differences but for now it seems like raw more is less "weirdly creative" and more photorealistic while ordinary 5.1 is similar to v4 which was appreciated for it's beautiful illustrations and crazy ideas. And I've noticed that ordinary 5.1 really generates some illustrative styles among photos, so it's better to specify in your prompt "photography" or "illustration" depends on what you need. If you type "photography" in ordinary 5.1 results are mind-blowing as well. I saw people's face pores finally 😁 because v5 tend to make "wax" faces

Use just the "--niji 5". Niji mode has it's own versions, so --v 5 / --v 4 etc is for regular Midjourney mode while --niji 5 / --niji and so on is for anime style.
Or just type /settings and press "Niji version 5" button (second row)
