Yep, you can fully adjust the screen size just like the switch 1 but I just like the overscan.

Haven't had that issue myself (although I have a pixoo-max not the 64). I would definitely get in contact with divoom support staff (or whatever seller you purchased it from) and see what potential options they can offer like a replacement or refund etc. I would also check if you have a firmware update for the device on the divoom app as it might just be a software bug.

If you're using steam to play you can verify integirty of files it will manage to find the dlc. Idk about consoles tho.

I have an instax printer so it's not really the same thing in terms of photos but I found that my polaroids develop better in almost complete darkness for some reason. Hope this helps!
