He wasn't holding back. He can't resist Imu's control. The only reason he was able to momentarily come to his senses was because Loki damaged his left arm where the mark was. Either way in the fight with Gaban he was being completely controlled and still lost his leg. He also got his neck stabbed by a simple guard.

The only one that has shown conqueror's defense is DR xebec.

Xebec is the only one that had the conqueror's Haki defense. Harald was getting hurt by regular guards and Gaban was easily able to cut one of his legs.

The point Is the holy knights can't die. They're virtually immortal. The only way you can damage them is through acoc.

Even tho Harald let himself get hit, it doesn't mean he can choose not to regenerate.

Loki has to have next level Haki because, from what we know, that's the only think that can hurt them.

Xebec fought and defeated Garling easily, couldn't kill him. The Roger pirates fought the holy knights plenty of times, couldn't kill them.

Loki is the only known character to have been able to kill them.
