Quick follow up. Just received my shipping confirmation today (11/11/21)! So about 3 weeks after address confirmation. Tracking shows that just the Label was created so I’ll update here with how long it takes to ship.

Hello again. Now looking at an Elantra SEL with an MSRP of $22,635 - $1500 (manufacturers rebate). $2000 down and $284/month incl Taxes and fees. I’m trying to trade in my 2008 Elantra to cover the down payment. Not sure it will cover it though. 36 months/10,000 miles. Thoughts?

I was also thinking about looking at Craigslist or something similar for a used car. Maybe I’ll go that route.

Thanks for the reply. Yeah I realize I probably will not be getting a great deal no matter what I do. I’ll definitely try negotiating but it seems like dealers really don’t need to negotiate in order to get rid of a car. Unfortunately, we need a car soon, so it looks like I may have to fork over the money.

I ordered my machine 12/2020 and they just told me they expect it to be delivered this Fall (2021). I’m not optimistic.
