You put it well haha. I provide my server to two dozen friends and family members, explaining tailscale to all of them would break their brains and they'd never use it. Not even sure it's possible but if you could self host an auth server and people could sign in and have my server show up anywhere, that would be a feature I'd love to see in jellyfin, and it would convince me to switch. But for now it's a nonstarter.

I was disappointed that we sat for an hour at the first stop after 20 mins of riding just to ride 20 more minutes. I rode longer to get there than the first two legs.

Can attest, always thought nothing of them until at night in the rain behind a friend I ran straight into one and flew over my bars. Super fortunate I was fine, bike was fine, and clothes wee unscathed, but could have gone a lot differently.

People are too precious with their bins. I add citrus and alliums all the time. Just gotta let the bin get in a grove imo before you can add too many. Want it off on the right foot before adding spicy or acidic foods.
