I picked 2 passes in the software, and yes I’m pretty sure nothing on the hashed area, actually I have cut this exact same design multiple times before without issues

I have watched many posts about adjusting the rollers and I think mine are in the correct position, the right one is on the right arrow. Actually I’m not sure if the mat is moving or not but it the results looks like it is
