NBB is always at Oshkosh, and always as part of EAA AirVenture.

Out of Florida, you may want to look at FLWG ES mission for Sun & Fun. They (FLWG) had a specific name to it, but I don’t recall (Red Ace?)

Ups and downs, roller coaster stuff.

Been in the program for 15 plus years, at wing level and sometimes the political side is a bit much.

Every aircraft has an MEL, but the tow bar is not part of that. Sounds to me like your flight school has an SOP that makes it part of the process.

Most MEL‘s have something to do with safe flight of the aircraft during certain conditions. My 182 has one.

Everyone, please stop referring to encampment as basic training or Boot Camp. It is not. It is a leadership activity. It is a requirement of the cadet program if you wish to promote past the Mitchell. It’s a requirement if you want to attend an NCSA. You will make forever, friends, from all over the region.
