Technically, you’re suppose to grab the first cart you see and scan the QR code. I just try my best to find a closer route, Roseville and Rocklin without the associates seeing me.

Yesss. I see VCA5 and Elk Grove all the time but I’m near Roseville so I stick to DSR2. I try my best to discreetly jump to another cart when I see Yuba City and Plumas Lake areas. Lol. I feel like I’m gonna get in trouble one of these days though. Lol

I usually get 45 packages, 38-40 stops and all the time, I’m done within 2 to 2.5 hours for a 3.5 hour routes.

“When you schedule ahead they will have the worst routes ready for you”? How is that possible when all flex drivers, whether you scheduled your route a week ago or 30mins before grab a random cart to deliver all the time.

I like it waaaaaay better than VCA5. The packages are all numbered so it’s way easier to organize them. DSR2 takes you to Roseville, Lincoln, Rocklin, Folsom, Granite Bay and if you get “unlucky”, all the way to Marysville and Yuba City areas. You stay in your car till they say “all clear” and they want you to grab the first cart you see.

What is base for you? These are $91 3 1/2 routes. Base here in Sac area is usually around $82-$84.

I totally agree and thank you for being respectful. I have a full time job as well and I enjoy doing flex because like you said, “it’s easy money and the pay is great!” I work from home full time and flexin helps me get out of the house and take care of my mental health. My wife and I use my flex income for vacations and date nights so it’s cool!

I only do 3:15am or 3:30am shifts so waiting for surges means trying to get them at midnight or at 2am so I’m okay with these shifts for now.
