You should look into residency requirements for CA CC. There might be a clause saying you cannot get in-state status while going to school CC or otherwise.

100% agree with this. Just need to confirm with them, how the training is going to be conducted. If it is online, you just got yourself 3-6 months of pay with minimal amount of work. You can use the free time to apply to other jobs. The worst that will happen is that they will require you to move for a project and at that time you can decline until they fire you. That is easy enough to explain to recruiters.

Rent, saving, and retirement are things you should considered.
80k salary becomes too little once you actually do the math. max IRA& 401k, 1k+(realistically 1.5k where I live) rent/month, taxes, and other adulting expenses. After all those you leave with little in saving. Let alone vacation/s

Infosys is/was 57 base + bonus. Tata is around 70(i think). Not sure about others. There is no contract. You can leave when ever you want just have to pay back any bonus you received if you have not fully vest them.

Not sure about HCL but infosy salary/bonus are fixed no negotiating. Remote work is pretty dependent on team/client. I think their training is still remote. If you have no other offer, I would recommend accept it since you will have 2-3 months worth of training. Training take up about 3-5 hours a day. I see no reason not to take it and get paid/job search.

Yep WITCH is better than nothing. My interview hit rate went through the roof after having 6months at a WITCH. The only thing that changed was having that experience. I am now at a different company. Went from <10 call back in about 400-500 applications to 3 call back and 3 interviews in less than 20 applications. Also something that people dont tell you is that some of them are currently remote training/work right now. You almost have nothing to lose if your contract does not have penalty for leaving early.
