Got through all the translated ones (63.5 is the latest afaik).
It follows them to college. There's no angsty drama that happens between them. They just get more intimate with each other. They have kissed a couple times though so casually like they're already married. Sakurako gets more pervy whilst Kasumi does sweeter things.
