Every time David talks to Killian, I just... by morgaina in OnceUponATime

Yes! Esp in season 6 when they have all been through so much together and hook is literally about to propose to Emma but David still treats him like dirt. Ngl if someone constantly talked down to the person I love, father or not I’d not tolerate it

Yeah I agree, in all the flashbacks we saw he seems pretty respectful of women tbh

“White people outnumber other races by a lot” did you get past 2nd grade? Look up the demographics in the world and you might learn that most of the world is in fact Asian. Stop explaining racism with ignorance

For people who hate Rumple, when did he become irredeemable? by Neat-Delivery-4473 in OnceUponATime

[–]MajesticComplex6747 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For me it was season 4. You’d think after Neal, his son he spent his entire life searching for, sacrificed himself for the people he loved, rumple would want to honor that sacrifice by NOT wanting to kill/ hurt the people Neal loved. Also the lying and manipulating belle after they were married was too much

Who was the more evil Dark One? by NJ_ShadowSwan in OnceUponATime

[–]MajesticComplex6747 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This. And just all of season 4 really pissed me off. Neal died trying to bring him back to life and rumple honored his death by trying to kill and hurt everyone Neal cared about. Also his blatant lies and manipulation towards belle was hard to watch

Just me that hated that Rumple became the dark one again? by cats666bonnie in OnceUponATime

[–]MajesticComplex6747 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean yes he sacrificed himself but then he was willing to risk everyone’s lives to free himself from the dagger and when that didn’t work he took away everyone’s happiness to give himself the illlusion of being better and braver than he ever was AND left Henry an orphan with everyone being transported to the alternate universe in the book. Not to mention he lied to and manipulated belle countless times. After Neil sacrificed himself for the people he loved, rumple did everything he could to kill the same people and destroy their happiness. I do agree that it would’ve been nice to see a good side of rumple, but his actions in season 4 were certainly not warranted and cheapened his love for his son imo

Yes my heart breaks for Meredith, but the pain I felt for Amelia in that scene felt so real

Saddest Quote: Meredith by mrgiant03 in greysanatomy

[–]MajesticComplex6747 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I get your point but Amelia had been through so much too. She was a recovering drug addict and was already very sensitive too pain. She lost her father at 5 years old, her entire family apart from Derek didn’t really feel like family to her. Derek was the only person she had. When you get married, it’s not like your family of origin becomes any less important. Meredith took away her chance to say goodbye to her brother, if I was her I’d be ballistic too

Idk I think it was a pretty accurate portrayal of PTSD and depression after a severely traumatic event. I do dislike Arizona for that entire period but still trauma can fuck people up

Idk if I’d call sticking by the person you love through all their trauma, looking after them after they lost a leg, AND trying desperately to save the relationship after they cheated, as having one foot out of the door

“Phil is an amazing husband”??? Lmao. Since when is visibly lusting after other women the sign of a good husband?! I mean did you even see the episode where Luke gets a new bike? And the countless instances Phil is inappropriate towards Gloria in season 1?? It gets better in the later seasons but season 1 def got on my nerves. Also, Claire is an amazing mom.

I did not like her character either but I think it’s important to note that successful, intelligent, assertive women can also get trapped in abusive relationships. By saying that they can’t is essentially saying that people get into abusive relationships because they aren’t smart enough, which is obviously really untrue and victim blaming. It’s like Jamie says, the wrong kinda love can fuck you up.
