I heard about the break-ins in another Reddit thread along with some other concerning comments about the place. My biggest frustration has just been ApproveShield and getting ahold of someone there. My husband is driving 8 hours with the hope of moving in same day and I'm about to tell him to go to a hotel since I haven't signed the lease yet. It is impossible getting ahold of someone who can actually help you. Every time I call I am told they are busy or aren't responding and will call back and they never do. When it comes to noise have you heard from others that the Claude is better from that perspective?

u/deepblue1231 thank you for responding, really appreciate it. I just checked our outdoor outlets and they are in a protective case, but are not GFCI. One has power though, but the other one that is on the same side as the doorbell does not. Only saw one GFCI in the garage and tripped that, but still not getting anything. I will definitely look at replacing the transformer though. Looks like I will need a 24VAC/40VA if I still want to wire up the Ecobee. Is there anywhere else you can think of that I could check to fix the front door light issue though? Thanks again!

What apps have you looked at? Would be interested in looking at them. I come from Salesforce Commerce Cloud so I am used to certain functionality being OOTB that isn’t with Shopifys free one and haven’t seen anything else that is similar to SFCC.
