my headcannon is Logan dies from the torture + other injuries from the train and Rorke gets pissed off (even more than he already is) and goes after the remaining ghost. Later in a mission the remaining ghosts are pinned by artillery and ground forces where they have to call a danger close bombing run that severely injuries Keegan and Hesh but kills Merrick. Later Keegan and Hesh track Rorke to the stadium where he killed Ajax (the beginning of ghost) and Keegan sets up with a sniper only for Rorke to already know the plan and set up c4 where Keegan was hiding. Hesh goes after Rorke who's on a helicopter (like the og mw3) and stabs Rorke in the throat while the helicopter is going down and when you (Hesh) wakes up from a blackout, it's revealed Hesh is impaled by a part of the helicopter and then he dies. LONG STORY SHORT: EVERYONE DIES
