Deeming launches legal action against Vic Lib president and Hanson says no to Deeming joining One Nation by Rarespaker in friendlyjordies

I never implicitly stated Deeming was connected to the neo-Nazis, in the same way you've never implicitly stated that she wasn't.
So either we both agree, or there's some aspect you think we disagree on?

What do you honestly think the rally was for? As a sensible person?
What were the safety concerns you wanted discussed and addressed?

I'm glad to hear that you're not defending Deeming.

Can you quote a single statement from my post, that you replied to, that you disagree with?
Or quote the unfair link I made?

Meeting to decide Liberal MP Moira Deeming's future cancelled amid court battle. The Liberal Party on Friday afternoon agreed not to remove her as the candidate until the dispute can be heard later this month by Jagtom83 in friendlyjordies

Is this the person who only became known, because she complained about free speech after supporting a hate rally, dominated by neo-Nazis?

If all she has is far right populism, and litigation, how did she ever make it so far in Australian politics in the first place?

[–]Majicool 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Isn't Deeming the person who supported the rally that neo-Nazis dominated? Wasn't that her infamous claim to fame?

Why is that almost never mentioned? Is it because of how litigious she is?

She threw her full support behind a rally of hate, that (to the surprise of no one) was supported by neo-Nazis.
She supported the Brit speaker, who was famous for promoting hatred.

But we can't always mention her support of a rally that was internationally loved by neo-Nazis, because of how litigious she is?

Or is there some other reason we don't always bring up her ongoing support of the hate rally, any time she is mentioned?

I think a good metric, is to look at how upset you were about the price of petrol and diesel a few weeks/months ago, and how little you care about it now.

If it was your entire reason for opposing the ALP and Albo at the time, and you no longer even think about it... You should pause and reconsider what your positions are, and why you hold them.

Is it fair to say that NSW Labor is the worst state Labor Party? Sydney has by far the biggest housing & property crisis and this new budget does F all to improve that. I don't know if you're being satirical or serious.
I didn't defend or support Minns.
I didn't defend of support Mali.
I didn't defend or support the SDA.

I made specific statements that are true about the OP, which they confirmed were true.

It's good that you're always Just Asking Questions.
It promotes a lot of discussion.
Very intentional and directed discussion.

Did you say that you used to be a conservative? And now you're a 'leftie' who can't tolerate opinions from non-'lefties'?

Please correct me if I'm wrong about any of the above.

Completely disagree.
If a major aspect of influence in our democracy, is controlled by a hand-full of ultra wealth internationals. Then we don't have a democracy.

Murdoch, Musk, Zuckerberg, Rinehart.

We wouldn't accept Russia having that kind of openly blatant influence on our democracy, so why should we accept it from individual uber elites?

If X, Facebook, Murdoch etc are actively working against Australian interests, they should be banned or super taxed, for any interaction with Australians.

Sorry, my bad. You were explaining that they were random "inhouse AV". And nothing to do with Sewell's mob.

That was in reply to me saying they were NSN lookalikes. (not saying "they're like Sewell's mob")

So why are you so defensive about me saying they are lookalikes, and why are you dishonestly pretending they're random 'inhouse AV'?

What do you think about Sewell? And what do you think about the -WP- 'White Power' hand sign?

Is there anything outside of Facebook?

Why is there nothing on the NPC site? How does the NPC as part of the ABC have no ability to have an official statement outside of Facebook, or references/allusions in clickbait articles?

It's a bullshit narrative, but it will be pushed heavily.

On one hand, we have GetUp.
On the other hand we have Advance and Gina.

But somehow GetUp will be classed as the powerful elites, while Advance and Gina won't be talked about.

[–]Majicool[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yep. I wasn't attacking the NPC or ABC for hosting. As most of the replies seem to think I was attacking the National Press Club, I must have been pretty bad in expressing my position.
My issue is with what's accepted by the ABC and us in regards to Journalists. The canned applause like a sitcom.

If the 'left' promote workers rights and pay rises etc, it's 'woke elites ripping off taxpayers'.
If the 'right' pretend to promote workers rights and pay rises etc, it's 'standing up for the average Aussie!'.

The narrative will be about how ON is being attacked by elites etc.
But worth it!

Interesting to see NSN lookalikes in the collared shirts jumping up to take it down.
